Income Disclosure Statement

Purpose of this statement

This statement explains honestly what referral rewards are and what they are not, so that nobody joins Legacy International Club (the "Club") with false expectations. Please read it before you buy a membership or share your referral code. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions.

A privileges membership, not an investment

The membership is a lifetime privileges membership: a digital card and access to partner discounts and offers in Dubai. It is not an investment, a business opportunity, a job or a source of regular income. Do not buy a membership, or borrow money to buy one, because you expect to earn from referrals. Buy the membership only if the privileges alone are worth the price to you.

How rewards are earned

There is one way to earn: when a person who registered with your personal referral code becomes an active member (their payment is confirmed) (no reward is paid for memberships we grant free of charge), you receive a single reward of AED 100, provided your own membership is active at the moment they are activated for the first time (a reward missed for that reason is not paid later). That is the only reward in the plan:

• rewards are paid on your direct referrals only: there are no levels, no teams, no left or right placement and no rewards on the referrals made by people you introduced;
• there are no bonuses, ranks, targets or sales quotas; and
• you do not earn anything from anyone's purchases other than the membership itself.

Earnings are not guaranteed

Your earnings are not guaranteed and depend entirely on how many people you personally introduce who then choose to buy a membership. You should expect to earn nothing or only small amounts from referrals. Nothing on our website, in our app or in any message from us or from another member is a promise or a forecast of earnings.

A reward can be reversed later if the member you referred is refunded, loses a payment dispute, is revoked or ends their membership. A reward you have received is therefore not final, and if you have already withdrawn it your balance can go negative.

No earnings statistics

At this time we do not publish statistics on members' earnings or on the number of referrals members make. We will not publish figures that could create a misleading impression of typical earnings. If we publish such statistics in the future, they will show the full range of results, including members who earned nothing.

Illustrative arithmetic only

The arithmetic of the plan is simple: if two paying members you referred are activated while your own membership is active, you receive AED 200 in rewards, the minimum withdrawal, which you can withdraw 5 days after the second reward is credited, unless either is reversed, and when withdrawals are available under the conditions of our Compensation Plan Rules. This is an illustration of how the rules work, not an example of typical or expected results.

Your costs and effort

Earning rewards takes your own time and effort. Any costs you choose to incur to promote your referral code, such as advertising, are yours and are not reimbursed. You must not spend money on promotion on the assumption that referrals will follow.

No misleading claims

When you share your referral code you must describe the Club accurately. You must not:

• claim or suggest that members earn a particular amount, or that anyone can earn a living, replace a salary or become financially independent through the Club;
• show your own wallet, withdrawals or bank transfers as proof of what others can earn;
• describe the membership as an investment, or say that the membership price will be "paid back" through referrals; or
• invent urgency, scarcity or official endorsements.

Breaking these rules may lead to suspension or revocation of your account, and to the reversals set out in our Compensation Plan Rules.

Taxes

You are responsible for any tax that applies to rewards you receive.
